- Thomas Wolfenden was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and is an honorably discharged veteran of the US Army. and pot can be found growing in the ground with no outside help but that is illegal but something that needs 100plus steps to make and turns men into wild animals isnt........another 'Go figure' statemnet. lol
