What the fuck is up with this damn weather?
Last weekend it snowed almost constantly. It's been cold since the first day of spring. Then Friday last week it started to warm up some and by Sunday afternoon it was up to 80 F. I even got a sunburn working down at the mine...
Yesterday afternoon a nasty string of thunderstorms moved through, the same system that caused all the havoc and deaths in the Midwest...
It was little chilly after the front moved through so I wore my heavier work jacket to work last night. It was also still drizzling some too. I didn't think too much more about it. April showers and all that garbage. But what do you think it started to do come around 1 AM this morning?
Snow.
Again.
What the fuck.
I am so totally sick and tired of snow at this point.
I really wish spring would get here and stay for a while. Oh, and don't worry, I'll most probably be bitching about the heat and high humidity in about eight weeks...
Have a swell day!

Yeah I noaticed it getting chilly on my way home last night and then I busted my ass on my ice covered deck this morning. From 80 to snow in less than a day. Only in west virginia.
Tom..you know I'm responsible for all this weather. I haven't worked one single day in the 2 months at my new job that it hasn't rained or snowed on me...or froze my ass off.
On another note..karma....they shut the van down. UMWA quit paying out the money for all transports that they were, and C. still can't pay bills...her vehicle was repo'd and she had to spend her precious tax money to get it out of impound. That with back payments cost her about 1500.
There's also an issue with the flunkies this past week I need to talk to you about personally.
Went fishing on Saturday with every intention of returning on Sunday.... Woke up to dark clouds & about 15 degrees less temp!
IT'S LIKE TEXAS!
Thank you for being so kind...
I can't wait for summer! We lost all our snow last week, and then it snowed yesterday. Mother Nature is messing with my mind.....
Same here--the snow melted (almost all of it) and this morning everything was white again. At least the roads weren't adversely affected. It'll all go away and the AC will need to be installed, all in good time.
ah, mother nature...
HillBilly: I don't think it's just WV. It follows me.
Kat: I think it's both of us. And I'll say it again about the karma thing; it couldn't have happened to a nicer bunch of people. You know how to get in touch with me, what's wrong now?
Cant: Same here. Can't make up it's mind... And how was I so kind?
Velma: Just like texas, only different!
Sherri: This is the strangest spring I've seen in years
cmk: I was actually contemplating putting in my AC unit on Sunday night.
Cheryl: She's a tease, isn't she?
It's been in the high 80s with crazy insane humidity levels. Great for the hair, you know ;)
I hear ya!
